| Auditions: |
| |
All students wishing to pursue a music major at the Moores School of Music must audition on a primary instrument (or voice). To schedule an audition, all students must complete a Moores School of Music application in addition to the University of Houston’s general admission application, and must submit this application and all required supplemental materials by the deadline listed for the audition date they are requesting (generally two weeks before the audition date). |

We are no longer accepting applications for the Spring 2010 semester. To apply for the Fall 2010 semester, please complete the following application online and submit all required materials to the Moores School of Music by mail, fax, or e-mail. Instructions for the supplemental materials are listed on the application. You will be able to print a copy of your application at the end for your records.

Auditions on video/DVD must be received by November 4, 2009, and will not be viewed unless all supporting application materials have been received. |

January 22, 2010 (if auditioning on February 6 – see the audition dates above) |

February 19, 2010 (if auditioning on March 6 or March 7 – see the audition dates above) |

Important: all students must also apply for separate admission to the University of Houston, Main Campus using the online application available at www.applytexas.org (in addition to applying to the Moores School of Music).
